I removed the dress and booties from the doll pretty cotton dress lace blue ribbon  and lace detail.
Hard to say how the dress came to be on the doll mystery you could say the dress was handmade and fit the doll perfect ? When looking for dolls like the lady who she belonged to normally old dolls are missing there clothes and have to find new ones or make them this is the case with this doll. How long she had the doll is a mystery made in the 80s most dolls are girls.
Looking in to the history Peggy nisbet made dolls of the royals small hard plastic dolls in traditional royal dress not a lot of information about the bigger fashion dolls made later by the house of nisbet.
Only information I have is from three I found sold these dolls are hand crafted and made them unique even the clothes are hand made had white socks and plastic Cinderella ( make) shoes. I can only find the HRH Prince William but I do believe one was made of Harry to. Mystery still goes on and I am still searching we know William and Harry didn’t have a sister so if this dolls not William who is it ?
Maybe I will never know but if I find out maybe be a That Doll part 4 .

Our case went missing at the airport

 Yes our case went missing well my husbands case.  Just glad it wasn’t mine! We went to Tenerife for a 9 day holiday.  I am not good on flying get travel sick but I was fine.Then on the Monday I got a tummy bug so went off my food a bit still didn’t feel right on the Thursday when we was coming home.  I took some dolls with me took some fantastic pictures beautiful place. So you can see why I’m glad it wasnt my case. But no body wants to lose a case!  But the funny thing is The flight seemed long and the plain was packed, only one other guy got on the coach to the airport and mick noticed his case was very much like his. We was very releaved to touch down at Manchester.  This is where it went strange there was a very long que at passport control and took forever we had rushed to get there quick. They now have them silly machines to read your passport and they wasn’t working very well so took longer.  Then we went straight to pick the cases up! Where was everyone they all seemed to have

Taking pictures

Taking photos is something I do all the time  When you first start in the handmade business you can't go out and employ a professional photographer to take your pictures you have to do it all your self . Things have changed a lot since I first started my problem is I would work all day on the things  I made and couldn't wait to show them . Trying to take pictures at night was a big problem so much help now but I always found natural light was the best . The time I wasted trying to find the best place to take pictures more time than it took to make them . Think I have worked my way through a few cameras funny some I broke dropping them oops . I use my iPad a lot now find it easier and my subjects are a little bigger than the bag charms I photographed before so easy as photos are instant for the fast pace of social media like Facebook . Also have what I call a proper camera but the process of down loading the pictures on to my old laptop is time consuming . I am working on a cale
